Proactive Publishing will develop course content for you.  We cover installation, operation, service, preventive maintenance, repair, and other technical aspects of hardware, software, consumer electronics, and non-technical products.

Materials -- Overhead transparencies, PowerPoint presentations, Course Manuals, Installation and Operator Guides, and Videos can all be prepared for your trainees by Proactive Publishing.

Multi-Media -- In class training can be performed with printed course manuals while trainees can take materials with them in VIDEO or CD-ROM formats.

Things to Consider

Proactive Publishing can develop and provide the course materials including manuals or we can present training materials already developed by you.  We can provide training on your schedule as long as lead times are adequate.  Materials can be provided in multiple formats.  For example, actual training can be performed using printed manuals while manuals in PDF or HTML format on CD-ROM can be provided to trainees before departure.

VIDEO can be used for some types of training when appropriate.  This can save significantly on repeating costs for trainers.  Initial development costs may be higher for VIDEO, but significant savings can result by repeated use of training videos.

Trainers -- will arrive early enough to assist with setup before training and will stay late enough to assist with clean-up/teardown after training is completed.
